Delivery, payment and returns

The price shown is the final price: VAT included, delivery in Belgium included, engraving included where offered. There are no handling fees and no extra charges at checkout.

Items are delivered in neutral packaging to the address of your choice in Belgium. The lead time depends on the workshop; we confirm it in writing with your order. For a funeral arranged by A&G Funeral, we can deliver the item to the place of the ceremony or to the family.

Secure payment by Bancontact or bank card. We do not store any payment details. No subscription, no marketing reminders after your purchase.

You have fourteen days after receipt to return an item for a refund. Items engraved or personalised at your request are the exception, as provided by the Belgian Code of Economic Law: they are made for you alone.
