Can you keep an urn at home in Belgium?
Keeping ashes at home is regulated by the region and the municipality, each with its own formalities. Your funeral adviser will explain what applies in your municipality before you choose.
How is cremation jewellery filled?
A piece of cremation jewellery holds only a very small amount of ashes. Your funeral adviser can fill it for you, with care, if you would rather not do it yourself.
When will the item be delivered?
The lead time depends on the item and the workshop; we confirm it with your order. If the item is intended for a funeral arranged by A&G Funeral, we deliver it directly to the place of the ceremony.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within fourteen days of receipt. Items engraved or personalised at your request are the exception, as provided by law: they are made for you alone.
Is the price shown the final price?
Yes. The price includes VAT and delivery in Belgium. Engraving, where offered, is included. There is nothing to add.
